Assistance Needed with License Deactivation Error in Trados Studio

Hello,

I am trying to deactivate the license on my current computer so I can install it on another device. However, when I click "Deactivate" in Trados Studio's Help > Product Activation and confirm, I encounter Error ID 653.

When I attempt to deactivate offline, I cannot proceed because my license is shown as "Available" in my RWS account, as shown in the screenshot below, indicating that it is not activated. Currently, the license cannot be deactivated in Trados Studio as it appears activated, while it is not recognized as activated in my RWS account.
