I have purchased an upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2021 to 2024 (Freelance) and, after downloading and running the installer, it asks me to purchase a license or start a free trial.
In my RWS account, I can see the order and the invoice, but the Plans section says that I have a 2021 license and I can buy the upgrade, which I already have. Does anyone know what's happening?

You get the activation code by processing the upgrade. The upgrade is in your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
To process the upgrade from your 2021 version to the 2024 one please follow the below steps
