Unexpected product activation failed

Hi,

I own a Trados 2019 license which has been working perfectly until now. Today, when I tried to use the program, it unexpectedly prompted me to activate my license again, even though it’s already activated on this computer. After entering the activation code, I received the following error message:

Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

I tried to repair the install but the same error appeared. I even re-installed Studio from scratch but that didn't help either. The only recent change that I can think of is that I upgraded to Microsoft Office 2021. That's why I thought that re-installing Studio might have helped but to no avail. 

Could you please assist me with this problem? Thanks in advance.
