License deactivation/activation issue

Question

Hello, 
 I am currently trying to relocate my licence from my old to my new computer. The licence was successfully deactivated on the old computer (NB : online method not working, done via the offline method) and was then shown as available for use on my RSW account. I tried the online activation on my new computer, it didn't work on the software but somehow worked out on my RSW account. Therefore, I currently have one licence shown "in use", which unables me to activate my licence online nor try the offline activation. 
 
 Help would be quite appreciated !
