Activation error

Hello,

I bought a new laptop and as usual, Trados asks for an Activation code. I have tried to use the code that's in my account under "License and Subscription" but the software returns with "Could not activate license. An error occurred while requesting a license."

I run Trados Studio 2022 Freelance; Order: 690555;  Activated: 06-12-2022; no expiry date


At the moment I am using the one-month trial.
