We purchased standalone offline licence for Passolo 2022. We re-installed our OS yesterday, but forgot to deactive it before re-installing. Could you please help deactive this licence on your side?

Because we re-install the OS, Passolo with the licence can't be opened. So we can't deactive the licence online or offline.
