Hi,
I have 2 freelance licenses to use, but one of them seems to have been lost when I formatted a computer. I don't know if I failed to de-activate before I formatted the PC or if something went wrong.
Thing is: I cannot use it.
Could somebody help me with this, please? If so, and just in case this can be done quickly, it's the license that was activated on the 19/4/24. I have a tendency to format my computers too often.

Hi Flavia,
I have verified your account - you own a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus edition that offers you two activations.
Currently, they both appear in use and the newest activation is from December 1st 2024.
You can reset yourself the one you need from your account, following the steps from the article below:

After you click on Reset License, you are going to see both activations, since you have the Plus edition. Please reset the one you know it was on the computer you formatted.
