Questions About Upgrading License Server Manager to Version 17 for Trados 2019 Users

We have a Trados 2019 Professional (Network SN) license for 11 users and need to update our License Server Manager to Version 17. We have a few questions and would appreciate your insights:

  1. Will upgrading the License Server Manager directly cause any issues for devices still running Trados 2019?
  2. Our plan is to upgrade the License Server Manager and test it with available licenses first. If it works, we'll release the in-use licenses, update them, and reassign. Does this approach sound feasible?
  3. How much downtime should we expect during the License Server Manager update?
