Cannot activate Trados Studio 2021 - Activation failed. Could not connect to activation server (403).

Question

I have a user new to Trados Studio. We purchased a Trados Studio 2024 license for her but cannot upgrade the TS 2021 license on your website. Error is OOS System has failed to Upgrade the Licenses due to Invalid Expiry Date. Decided to install TS 2021 for the user instead. Uninstalled TS 2024, installed TS 2021 and tried to activate the license listed on your website. Get this error: Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings - the remote server returned an error:(403) Forbidden. Tried both online and offline activations, no luck Really need this software working as soon as possible.
