I purchased and installed trados 2024 and multiterm, but I cannot find my activation code for 2024, I only see an activation code pour trados 2021. Please help!

Hi Mirijam Gogu 
 
 To process the upgrade from your 2021 version to the 2024 one please follow the below steps 
 
 Log in into your RWS account 
 Click on Products&Plans - Licenses 
 Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available' 
 On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again 
 Once all done return to licenses tab where the 2024 license code will appear.
