Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with activating my license on a new computer. I had already deactivated the license on my previous computer. However, when I attempt to activate it on my new device, the following error message appears:

“Activation failed: Cannot create license. - Socket error 2 (Support reference: Socket Error2-77).”

To resolve this, I accessed my account and downloaded the deactivation certificate for offline deactivation. However, the "Deactivate" button did not respond when I attempted to use it.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
