Purchase of upgrade to Studio 2024

On 29th November last, I purchased and paid for an upgrade from Trados Studio Plus 2021 to the 2024 Plus version. The conformation mail states "Your order number is 769867". However, neither this confirmation mail nor the related invoice mentions a licence key or any such code for activating my purchased upgrade to version 2024. Could you please provide me one?

In addition, prior to installing (and activating) version 2024, should I deactivate my 2021 installations on desktop and laptop?

  • Many thanks, Elisa, and sincere apologies for the hassle, but, frankly speaking, my mind draws a blank where it concerns "processing an upgrade". As far as I recall, the process hitherto was: 1) purchasing and paying for the Trados Studio (Plus) upgrade, and 2) download the 2 Studio installation files (Studio proper and MultiTerm). Usually within the hour, but certainly the following day, I would be able to see the licence codes mentioned with upgrade that I had just purchased. In other words: I do not recall a separate "upgrade processing" step. I have just downloaded the 2 files again, in the hope that this would trigger the release of the licence key, but alas...
