I subscribed to Trados 2024 early in December 2024, and I had been using Trados smoothly on my computer until last Saturday.
Last Saturday morning, I turned on my computer as usual and started Trados Studio 2024. After those steps, it started loading and initializing but didn't launch on my screen. It didn't pop up any error notice.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Trados, but it still didn't work.
I followed the troubleshooting measures, but none of them worked.
Please help me solve this issue. It's urgent.
