Hello,
I cannot access my old laptop and I cannot deactivate directly the license for Trados Studio 2021 from it.
When I tried the offline deactivation, I received an offline deactivation ticket but the further step is not working.
How do I deactivate and reactivate my license?

Please try and reset the license from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses, https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
