In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
Please note the process can take around 30 minutes. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please contact the technical licensing team via Community: community.rws.com/.../licensing
Please sign in, then post the issue and my colleagues will be able to pick up your request and provide support.
