I purchased a Trados Studio 2021 permanent license back in 2020. I recently changed laptops and the reset licence worked well when transferring form the old to the new laptop. However, I am now blocked form using it: On starting up Trados Studio, a dialog box says "License expired". I know it's not, as the name of the license I purchased is "perpetual". On going into my Account online, it says that I do have 1 licence, but it doesn't say where o who is using it, just in case someone is using my Trados illegally. I tried to do another "license reset", but because my computer had to be sent off to Dell for repairs I have now run out of reset times. I see other user on this forum have had almost identical cases. I now have urgent jobs to deliver and I cannot even start, RWS doesn't have a help line, which is weird. Can a case be logged on my behalf? Help please!
