I bought myself a new laptop with Windows 11 and I transferred the Trados Studio 2024 software. I thought that it was working but today when I tried to upload a document I saw a message saying that my license needed to be activated. I copied and pasted my activation code from my license on my Trados account page but nothing happened. I received a message talking about being offline and two other things, as well as a message from Goran Deskovski, SDL Account, about Offline Deactivation Authorization. I am online and I want to stay there. I want to activate my license so I can use Trados 2024 as usual. How do I do that?
Any information that you can provide to help me would be greatly appreciated.
