Activated Trados Studio 2024 now running in Trial Mode

I recently did a factory reset of my computer. I properly deactivated my Trados 2024 before the reset, and reactivated it three days ago, I thought with no problems. But now when I boot up Trados I see a second window that looks like this:

I tried to activate it, but of course it is telling me that I no longer have a license, since I already used the one I have to activate this installation.

Error message on Trados Studio 2024 Product Activation stating 'Activation failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.' with options to open connection settings.

Please advise! I need to get this resolved before the trial period runs out!
