I need to deactivate one of (only) two installations of SDL Trados 2021 Freelance corresponding to a laptop computer that is no longer available (I neglected to deactivate when changing the operating system) . On the Offline Deactivation Certificate page the Deactivation Authorization box contains a code but the Deactivation Certificate box is empty. There is no button displayed for generating this certificate. What is to be done?
