Trouble activating license

Hello, 
I recently bought Trados Studio 2024 after downloading the free trial (the order confirmation number is 770214). It seems it's not activated since the trial ended today and now I'm not able to access the software (I'm in the middle of a project), yet whenever I click on the "activate" button, there's a message which states "your cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription", and I'm not sure why is that. I didn't receive any activation code either and whenever I try to contact support from the website, it says I don't have access to support, even though I paid for it, and at the bottom of the page it says the support will expire in March. 
So, I'm pretty confused and I really need some help here.
