I used to use Trados 2019 on an old computer which no longer works. Now I want to use it on my new computer. My account says in Use 1, Available 0, with 1 extra activation. There is no reset option. I think I already clicked it and nothing happened, but I'm not sure.
I tried putting the activation code into the trados installation box, but it says activation failed. It is offering me a free trial. I tried "reset activation code", but the page didn't load.
I tried to deactivate as well, but I assume this needs to be done on the old laptop instead.
Very unsure about what all the options mean and whether I have done anything wrong or not.
Would be very grateful for any help with this!
