I purchased a permanent license of Trados Freelance a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, after a few days of running it, now Trados no longer opens: I run double-click, and loading windows appear but then the screen does not open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I uninstalled the previous version (I had an annual subscription to Trados 2022 Starter). I visited the gateway.
