Deactivation problem with Trados 2017

Hello,

I needed to do a total reset of my computer, and I could not deactivate it offline, I kept receiving this message over and over again:

Error message in Trados Studio license management stating an error has occurred with offline deactivation and suggesting to log a support request.

Now I have reinstalled everything but I can not use Trados, and I have some deliveries to do. Could you please deactivate it for me so I can activate it again  and use it?
