Hello,
I still have the problem of not being able to install and use my 2021 version because the system tells me that a newer version (2022) is installed. I only had this one as a trial and also uninstalled it again, but still nothing works. So I can't use my 2021 version, which is a problem because it was expensive enough! Why does it say that there is still something from the newer version on the computer when I have uninstalled it? Could this be due to the file created with 2022? It's quite a disaster, and I've never had such problems with other CAT tools.
