I am writing to you to kindly request your assistance with deactivating my SDL Trados 2017 license. Unfortunately, my old computer, where the license was activated, has broken down, and I no longer have access to deactivate it myself.
I have already attempted to use the "Reset License" option in the SDL Customer Portal, but the license remains locked on the old device. Could you please manually deactivate it so I can activate the license on my new computer? I have the license number, but it shouldn't be given here I suppose.
