Activating my Studio 2019 Freelance Plus License after deinstalling and reinstalling Studio from scratch - 1 license available

After several attempts, I could neither deactivate nor reactivate my current license on Studio 2019 Freelance Plus. I also could not deactivate (to make it available again) my 1st license stuck in my other computer crash... So I urgently need the help of someone who is knowledgeable in these matters to make my Studio 2019 operational as quickly as possible. I don't like this SDL/RWS policy of delegating to customers the responsibility of helping other customers solve THEIR (Trados and no one else sold me this product) software's problems. But as I know RWS will make no exception in delegating one of its specialists to help me online (or by telephone 1-819-452-0868) ) to reactivate my Studio 2019, I would greatly appreciate that a Good Samaritan contacts me for that purpose.
