I´m still not able to reactivate my license Studio Trados 2017. The Installation ID you sent me by e-mail is not the one that appears when I fill in the Activation code.
You informed Installation code *1NH 397W FAEX 2LQC, but the code that appears when completing the Activation code xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx is the following: *1VB 2Y89 KHDT 5JAJ.
Hope you can help me asap, as I have a job started which I have to deliver soon!

Try to activate the license offline and use the Installation ID generated by Studio. You already have a support case (00882493) open so if you have any issue please reply on the case to get further assistance.
