I bought trados studio 2024 but cannot activate my license. I got Error Message: activation failed. There is no license to be used for the currently specified activation code.
So I contact RWS support yesterday and received an email that the license was reset, but when I tried to activated again, I got a new error message, "Unable to install RMS strings" and I could not activate the program.
Is it because I bought the license with a different computer than the one I am trying to install Trados? Anyway, could you reset my license so may be I can try offline activation, please?
And I think I am entitle to 3 months support after purchasing the license, so why I get "User is no longer active For help" when I click Get Support button?
