Duplicated order problem

Hello

I've purchased Trados Studio Freelance 2024 earlier but I think something glitched out because my account shows two orders when I've only done one purchase.
I've paid one for the purchase of Trados and thus completed one of the orders, but the other remains and I cannot figure out how to have it cancelled.

Can someone on the support team help me in solving this problem ?
