I bought a 2021 Trados Freelancer Plus version, but after formatting my notebook I no longer find a second license in my RWS account.

Dear RWS staff,

Some time ago, I decided to install an SSD disk in my notebook. At that time, the technician who provided the service told me that it would not be necessary to format the computer and that it would be a very simple task. So, I did not worry about deactivating my  Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus version installed on it. However, during the process of installing the SSD disk, he encountered some difficulties and realized that formatting was necessary. Therefore, after the formatting process, I had to reinstall Trados Studio 2021 and was forced to use my second license available on my account. Now, I do not see the second license I am entitled to in my account because I did not proceed with the deactivation procedure beforehand.

Could you please help me solve this issue so that I can regain my second license?
