THIS MESSAGE IS FOR A RWS GROUP REPRESENTATIVE: 
 Could you please confirm that the license ending in fb532 still has one activation available? The translator is trying to use it, but she receives the same message as the one we have already encountered before ("Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.")
