Reset License - forbidden (erro 403)

Version: Trados Studio 2019
Yesterday I did the "Reset License" and got the message to wait 1 hour to access the Tados again.

After waiting 1 hour I was unable to log in, and received the same initial error (Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the attivation server address in the provider settings. - O servidor remoto retornou um erro: (403) Proibido).


When I returned to SDL Account, the only option was to obtain an offline activation certificate, and the In-Use tab showed 0 (see printout).RWS Account Licenses page showing SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance with 1 user, 0 in use, and 1 available. Option to get an offline Activation Certificate is visible.
