Cannot deactivate my license (Trados 2021 Freelance). Erro mesage: Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.

I get the following message when trying to deactivate my license from my desktop. I have only one license and I will spend the next two weeks away from home and need to work on my laptop while I am away What does this message mean? And how can I deactivate my license on my desktop so I can activate it again on my laptop?
