Few days ago I received an error message in Studio 2024 (L'entrée n'est pas une chaîne Base 64 valide, car elle contient un caractère non-Base 64, plus de deux caractères de remplissage ou un caractère non conforme parmi les caractères de remplissage). I tried the different solutions suggested in the Community but nothing worked. Then I uninstalled Studio and reinstalled it (after renaming the C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio folder by adding _old to it) and Studio worked again!

Unfortunately the same error message appeared today and the reinstallation does not solve the issue. I contacted the RWS chat and tried different solutions (including resetting the initial parameters of Studio) but nothing solved my problem.

Can you please help me? I am desperate and in rush.
