Hi, I need help deactivating my license.

My computer crashed and I had to reinstall trados on the same computer, but when I try to activate it, it tells me I don't have a license available. I tried following the instructions of going to the help section but the dialog never came up. Alos wondering why isn't there just a button to do it from my account?
