Failure of licence migration to a new PC

I bought in 2016 SDL Trados Studio 2014 Professional (Single-user)
Order: Activated: 08-01-2016 Expiry Date: No expiry date

Now I bought a new PC and before disposing of the old PC I followed the instructions given: deactivate the license and return it
But in my profile I see:
Users1 In Use1 Available0
And when I try to deactivate offline it I receive a message informing me that  "a product of yours is no longer supported",..
