When trying to deactivate Studio 2017 on my old computer I get the message “Could not connect to the activation server.” What do I have to do to be able to deactivate my license in order to activate it on my new computer?
Please try to deactivate offline your license following the instructions from this article: Solution Article: Offline activation and deactivation of a Single User License for Trados Studio/ Passolo/ Trados Business Manager Lite, and kindly let me know if you encounter any issues.
