Hello there!

I bought a new Dell Laptop, deactivated the Studio 2011 license from old laptop and activated it in this new laptop. Well, this new laptop came defective!!! It has several issues. The Dell representative asked me to reset the laptop after doing all of the troubleshooting. I did and did not remember to deactivate the Trados 2011 license!!!. Now this "new" laptop is useless. It does not have any software on it. And I can’t activate the license to use it in the older computer.

My version is SDL Trados Studio Professional (Single User). I have tried to follow the instructions in this forum, but they are not for the professional version. The note says to contact support but I don’t have a service contract any longer. What can I do? I need to use my valid license. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!!!!
