Good morning!

My organization is in the process of upgrading from Trados Studio 2017 to Trados Studio 2024. We are very excited for this upgrade and are currently testing implementation on our classified network. Unfortunately, one of our prime test users was out through the whole holiday period, and the trial period on the Trados Studio 2024 license we were using to try out the upgrade expired. I tried to go in and deactivate two of our 2017 licenses, upgrade them to 2024, and then use those to test the software before pushing it out to the group, but it seems I can only deactivate our old licenses as a group. This would prevent us from doing translation work while we do the upgrade, and just doesn't fit with our overall rollout schedule. Would you all be able to help me deactivate a couple licenses so I can use them for testing?
