Inactive license after subscription purchase

Hello,

Today I purchased a 12-month Trados Studio Freelancer subscription. The order was processed normally, payment was collected, and an invoice was issued. However, the subscription is still listed as 'Inactive'. There is no option to activate or reset the subscription/license. Somehow it is listed as having expired before being activated. I urgently need the license to be activated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
