Hi!
I've tried to deactivate my Trados Studio 2021 license so that I could activate my 2024 license. I've tried every trick I've found in these pages, but nothing seems to work. I keep getting this error message: There are multiple instances of the application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license. Can you please help me? Thank you!
