Licence reset request I have a Full Single User licence for Trados Studio 2019. The computer for which the licence was issued failed catastrophically. I am unable to open the Trados Studio program or access the internet on that machine, so want to run this

I am a freelance translator and I have a Full Single User licence for Trados Studio 2019. 
Recently, the computer for which the licence was issued failed catastrophically. I am unable to open the Trados Studio program or access the internet on that machine. 
I have downloaded a copy of Trados Studio 2019 to a new computer, but when I tried to reset the licence with the link on the licence page of my RWS account, I found there was no Reset licence option opposite the Trados Studio 2019 licence. I also tried unsuccessfully to use the "Activate/Deactivate Offline" links from the new computer, and this may have been what caused the Reset licence option to disappear. I would greatly appreciate it if you could restore the Reset licence option or tell me how I  can begin working with the program on the new machine. Thanks in advance.
