Hi,
I tried to activate the Trados software using Offline Install. The license we have is 2022 and we saw that it is compatible with Trados 2021.
When we used the License, on the web it showed the license was in use, but locally on the installed computer the license was not applied.
The 3 "reset license" were used while trying to resolve this issue. Is it possible to reset the 3 "reset license", so that we can properly install it on Trados 2022 version.
