LOGIN ISSUE WITH 12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION

Hi!

I purchased a 12 month subscription to Trados Studio Freelance on 31 December 2024.

The Status on my RWS Profile is ACTIVE but when I try to access my RWS account I get this screen and I cannot connect:

Trados Studio 2024 Product Activation window with tabs for Perpetual License and Subscription. The Subscription tab is selected, displaying a message to view and manage the subscription and a button to access the cloud to activate a subscription.

Could you help me, please?
