Deactivation Issue

Hello,

I am writing to address an issue with license deactivation.

I had to uninstall and reinstall Trados, which required me to deactivate and then reactivate the license.

So I deactivated first before reinstalling.

However, after entering the license key, activation failed.

I attempted to reset the license but found that I have already used all three reset attempts due to previous computer issues.

Could you please assist me in reactivating my license?
