Hello,
I have been trying to activate my Trados Studio 2024 license for a few days but I'm encountering various issues.
When I entered the activation code I got an error message (with the error code "210150"). I then tried to use the offline activation option so I went back to my RWS account and clicked on “Get an offline activation certificate” but nothing happened; however it now says that my license is “in use”, although I still can’t access the software.
I have already tried resetting my license but it seems that nothing has changed.
Could you please help me understanding and solving the problem?
