Trados 2024 not working

Question

Hello, 
 I have been using Trados 2024 since some months and it has always worked. Today it stopped working all of a sudden. 
 Since the late morning today, when I start the application, it loads until "Initializing views", then just stops working (the app quits). 
 I used it correctly until about 11 this morning and I didn't do anything particular to make it stop working. I just deleted some TMs in my system, but none of them was loaded in the application. 
 I restarted my computer many times, but I prefer not to have to reinstall the application if possible.

Hi Marco, 
 Uninstalling Trados rarely solves an issue, so please don't uninstall it. 
 If Trados behaves in an unusual manner, we have the below article with workarounds that usually solve such behaviour, please start with the first one which is a Repair of Trados, then go for the Reset of Trados to initial settings, if the repair does not work.

 Like I advised in the other thread here community.rws.com/.../can-t-get-trados-studio-2024-to-open , if you have issues with Trados, please make your own thread and include every troubleshooting steps you have taken, because we cannot open cases for customers on somebody else's thread.

 You don't need to indicate this here, since you discussed via email with the technical team after we opened a case on your behalf.
