1. In 2018, I bought 2 Freelance licenses for Studio 2019.
2. I have upgraded to Studio 2024.
3. When I try to activate using the Activation Code (for 2019), Studio 2024 does not activate. Instead, I get the following message: "Invalid product key. Make sure that the product key belongs to the intended product or product version. Error ID: 82777310. Open connection settings".
4. Opening connection settings does not work.

1. You bought a Trados 2019 Freelance Plus license, which is a single user license with two activations, not two separate licenses.
2. You purchased an upgrade to Trados 2024 Freelance Plus, but never processed the upgrade from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
3. Trados 2024 cannot be activated with codes from older versions. You need the activation code specific to Trados 2024.
Please process the upgrade from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses (see the above link, click on the blue ribbon). Follow all the required steps to process the upgrade and then the activation code for Trados 2024 will appear. Please note that once you process the upgrade, you won't be able to use Trados 2019 anymore.

2. I used to use Studio on 2 laptops. Will it still possible to have 2 activations?
3. Does Studio 2024 work with a new version of Multiterm? What version should be downloaded? Will there be new requirements to activate the new version of Multiterm?4

1. You have purchased the Upgrade from Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus, so this means that yes, you can use Trados 2024 on the second laptop. If you look under the Licenses tab where you license is and the Activation code - you can see you have One Activation available, which you can use on the other laptop.
2. As for the Multiterm - yes, Trados 2024 comes with Multiterm 2024, you have the installer for it under Downloads - MultiTerm 2024 Desktop Installer CU1 - below the one for Trados 2024. Multiterm does not need activation, you already installed Trados 2024 on the laptop.
