I have reinstalled the Studio 2021 because it was always showing an Index issue. Now, I can not use my licence because it says it is already in use
I asked for a deactivation offline and received a code by email, but when I try to use it this message appears> An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.

If you cannot deactivate the license, please Reset it from your RWS account - here below is the article with how to reset a license:

Please wait about 30 minutes after you perform the Reset and then try to activate Trados again. Once the license is Reset, you can see in your RWS account - Licenses tab - that the license is Available instead of In Use.
