I have a SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license and recently bought an upgrade to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance, but I am unable to upgrade the license from my account.
I had two instances of TS 2021 activated, one on my current PC, and one on a backup PC which I can't access at the moment. I deactivated the TS2021 on my current Pc, but I can't do that on the old machine, and iIt loks like the upgrading to TS 2024 is blocked because of that.
Could you pelase help me deactivate the remaining TS2021 copy so that I can use my brand new TS2024?
